HomeCare customer service system allows homeowners access to information 24/7, 365 days a year. This integration provides the capability to view contact information, home details, submit/view/print requests, send emails and view conversations, as well as follow in real time a submitted request as is reviewed, a determination is made, and then track scheduling all on one dashboard.
