How do I find my username and password for Punchlist Manager?
Your username is the email address provided under the “Buyer 1” contact info on the Purchase and Sale Agreement. If you did not receive our Welcome Letter within three days of closing, please reach out to your sales agent to request a new letter and temporary password.
How do I submit a warranty request or follow-up walk-through?
To ensure a prompt response from our staff and trades, we require that all warranty requests are submitted by logging in to your Punchlist Manager dashboard. Once select the FAQ tab from the menu bar near the top of the page. There you will find a variety of resources to help with submittals, status, determinations, and correspondence from Brookstone Warranty Managers and Sub-contractors.
