Brookstone Homes Warranty Process Update

At Brookstone Homes, we are constantly evaluating how we can improve the homeowner experience after closing. As part of that commitment, we are transitioning our warranty service process to a dedicated third-party platform powered by the Maverick HomeCare Concierge program.

What’s Changing

Historically, warranty requests were submitted and managed directly through email and Punchlist Manager. Moving forward, all warranty requests will be handled through Maverick’s HomeCare system.

This means:

  • Warranty claims will no longer be submitted via email or Punchlist Manager

  • All requests will be submitted through Maverick’s online portal

  • Maverick’s Concierge team will manage communication, scheduling, and coordination of service

Why We’re Making This Change

This transition is designed to significantly improve the speed, clarity, and consistency of your warranty experience.

By moving from an individual-based system to a dedicated service team, homeowners can expect:

  • Faster response times with dedicated claim monitoring

  • Clearer communication through a centralized platform

  • Professional coordination of vendors and service scheduling

  • Consistent coverage review aligned with warranty standards

  • Improved accountability and tracking of all requests

Maverick’s team is structured to provide full-time support, ensuring your requests are handled promptly and efficiently.

How the New Process Works

Submitting a warranty request is straightforward:

  1. Log into your account atapp.maverickbuilders.com

 or scan this QR Code
  1. Select “File Claim”

  2. Choose the appropriate request type and submit your claim

Once submitted, the Maverick HomeCare team begins review and you can expect to hear back within two business days.

Important Notes

  • Brookstone Homes will continue to handle all pre-close and punch list items

  • Emergency procedures remain unchanged and should be followed as outlined at closing

  • Some non-urgent warranty items may be grouped into your 11-month review, which is standard practice for items such as minor drywall or paint touch-ups
