Chris has been a part of the Brookstone Homes team since 2014. If there are any questions about scheduling, safety, or quality, Chris is always on top of it. He particularly enjoys following the home building process from breaking ground to when the homeowners receive their keys. Chris is focused on delivering high-quality and on-time homes. When he’s not working, Chris likes hiking in the beautiful Pacific Northwest scenery.

When it comes to framing a home, few people are more experienced than Roy. He has been with the Brookstone Homes team since 2015 and worked in the construction industry for 23 years before that. We trust him for a variety of construction and home framing questions. Roy is from Washington State originally and enjoys being on the job site helping build quality homes. When he’s not on-site you can find him testing new recipes in the kitchen or out camping in the beautiful PNW.

Drew has been a part of Brookstone homes since 2017. He has always loved working on homes and is our expert on keeping up with the latest changes to the housing codes. Drew is from Creswell, OR and first started framing houses right after high school. He enjoyed it enough to continue his work as a builder ever since. Outside of work, you might spot Drew riding one of his motorcycles.

Chuck is from Auburn, WA, and started working in the construction industry straight out of high school while taking college classes. He has been with Brookstone Homes since 2017 and helps with any construction or warranty issues that might arise. Chuck loves construction management and enjoys being able to work outside with different situations every day. When he’s not working, you can find him spending time with his wife and two daughters and playing or watching sports.

Chris got his start in real estate working with a small private equity group after graduating from the University of Oregon in 2009. With a passion for craftsmanship and an eye for design, homebuilding was a natural fit. After two years working directly with investors, trades, builders, and developers he sought the group's backing to start Brookstone Homes 2011. Eleven years later Chris continues to oversee every aspect of the operation from architectural design to searching for the next great neighborhood. When not working you can find him pursuing his love of motorcycles and camping, or spending time with his wife Christina on home projects and traveling.

As the designated broker at Terrafin, Dennis Folk has been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions in the Northwest. These have covered all price ranges and styles and stretch across Pierce, King, and Thurston Counties and beyond. As with Terrafin as a whole, Dennis’ passion lies with the South Sound region.
He and his young family make their home here and he knows the area like few others can claim. From the local builders and developers to the neighbors, business owners, and community leaders, he has a direct line to the heart of the community. Brittney is a former military spouse that began her real estate career in Texas as a leasing agent before moving home to Washington to become a property manager. After over 7 years as a property manager, in numerous areas throughout the Pacific Northwest, she switched to real estate sales where she has found her true calling. Brittney’s customers often comment very positively about her innovative ideas, excellent communication, and organization skills. She understands how challenging buying and selling a home can be, and she is known for her in-depth research and for delivering a highly detailed, customized game plan to each of her clients to help reduce the stress involved in such a major life decision.
